only unused and unopened products are eligible for returns.
- customers are responsible for return shipping costs, unless the order was incorrect or damaged during shipping.
- refunds will be issued once the returned item is received and inspected. if approved, you’ll be refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days.
- returns are not accepted for sale items and gift cards.
