please email us at hello@nanikatea.com to begin your return within 7 days from the delivery date. 

• only unused and unopened products are eligible for returns. 
  
• customers are responsible for return shipping costs, unless the order was incorrect or damaged during shipping.
• refunds will be issued once the returned item is received and inspected. if approved, you’ll be refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days. 
• returns are not accepted for sale items and gift cards.
