orders are processed within 1-2 business days, excluding holidays. once your order has been shipped, you will receive a tracking number via email.
cancel or adjust your order
please email us at hello@nanikatea.com as soon as possible if you need to adjust or cancel your order. once an order has shipped, we will not be able to make adjustments.

shipping costs are displayed at checkout for US orders.
we do not to ship to P.O. boxes, APO/FPO addresses, or certain remote locations.

damaged + lost packages
if your package arrives damaged or hasn’t shown up within 7 days of the estimated delivery date, email us at hello@nanikatea.com. We’ll work with the carrier to make things right.
