orders are processed within 1–3 business days, excluding holidays. once your order has shipped, you’ll receive a tracking number via email.
cancel or adjust your order
please email hello@nanikatea.com as soon as possible if you need to adjust or cancel your order. once an order has shipped, we’re unable to make any changes.

we offer free 3–5 day standard shipping within the united states on all domestic orders.
for international customers, we now ship to the following countries via DHL international express:
australia, austria, belgium, canada, czechia, denmark, finland, france, germany, hong kong sar, ireland, israel, italy, japan, malaysia, netherlands, new zealand, norway, poland, portugal, singapore, south korea, spain, sweden, switzerland, united arab emirates, united kingdom, and the united states.
international shipping rates are calculated at checkout.
please note: customers are responsible for any customs duties, taxes, or import fees that may apply in their destination country.
we do not ship to P.O. boxes, APO/FPO addresses, or certain remote locations.
