we offer free 3–5 business day standard shipping within the united states on all domestic orders.

orders may be fulfilled and shipped by Amazon Multi-Channel Fulfillment (MCF). depending on inventory availability and fulfillment center locations, your order may arrive in multiple shipments and on different delivery dates. you will receive tracking information for each shipment when available.

we currently ship within the united states only.

we do not ship to P.O. boxes, APO/FPO addresses, or certain remote locations.

damaged + lost packages

if your package arrives damaged or has not arrived within 7 days of the estimated delivery date, please email hello@nanikatea.com. we'll work with the carrier to help resolve the issue.
